As Acting Chief Executive, Mr. Fasasi leads InsureOnGo's strategy and day-to-day operations. He has personally architected the company's technical stack — from the marketplace and ChatSure™ AI assistant to the AutoSalus, ObliGo, LedgerGo and CoopGo product lines — while leading the company through the NAICOM Partnering Insurtech licensing process under the NIIRA 2025 framework.

About
Mr. Adeniyi serves as Acting Chief Finance Officer of insureOnGo.com Partnering Insurtech Limited, providing executive leadership across financial strategy, capital planning, statutory compliance, treasury management, internal controls, financial governance and investor reporting. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN), and holder of an MBA in Finance, he brings over three decades of experience spanning insurance, financial management, audit assurance, regulatory compliance, taxation and corporate governance. His previous leadership roles include senior positions at BDPR Technologies Limited, Unic Insurance Plc and Royal Exchange Plc and Royal Exchange Prudential Life Plc. He has extensive experience in NAICOM regulatory frameworks, financial reporting controls, treasury oversight, internal audit, fraud prevention, underwriting operations and enterprise compliance. At insureOnGo, he plays a strategic role in ensuring fiscal discipline, regulatory confidence, operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Mr. Aderemi heads InsureOnGo's underwriting function, with responsibility for product structuring, risk acceptance criteria and pricing across motor, health, life, property and specialty lines. He partners closely with NAICOM-licensed underwriters to design products that meet customer needs while protecting portfolio quality.

Barrister Akanni heads the company's legal and compliance function, with end-to-end responsibility for regulatory matters, contracts, AML/CFT controls, and data-protection compliance under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023. She serves as the company's Data Protection Officer.

Mr. Benneth serves as Acting Chief Technology Officer, leading the engineering team responsible for platform reliability, security and the technical roadmap. He works closely with the CEO on architecture decisions and with the compliance team on cybersecurity governance.

Mr. Johnson is a product engineer at InsureOnGo, shipping customer-facing features across the marketplace and the ChatSure™ WhatsApp experience. He works at the intersection of product, design and engineering, with a focus on conversion-critical flows.

Ms. Abe leads day-to-day partner relationships across the InsureOnGo platform, with responsibility for onboarding new insurers, managing existing partnerships, and developing the company's broker and ambassador distribution channels through the PlugMe and IGA/IGDA/iCBA programmes.
