72-Hour Claims Promise Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the operation of the insureOnGo 72-Hour Claims Promise and explain when the commitment applies, how claims are processed, and the circumstances under which exclusions may apply.

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the operation of the 72-Hour Claims Promise offered by InsureOnGo.Com Partnering Insurtech Limited ("InsureOnGo", "we", "us", "our").
The 72-Hour Claims Promise is a service-level commitment designed to accelerate the settlement of eligible insurance claims purchased through the InsureOnGo marketplace.
The Promise begins only after all required claim documents have been received and the claim has been formally approved by the underwriting insurer.
2. Definitions
| Approved Claim | A claim formally accepted by the insurer for settlement. |

| Business Day | Monday to Friday excluding Nigerian public holidays. |
| Insurer | A NAICOM-licensed insurance company underwriting the policy. |
| Complete Notification | A claim notification accompanied by all documents required for assessment. |
| 72-Hour Period | Three consecutive business days commencing from the later of: (a) receipt of complete documentation; or (b) insurer approval. |
3. The 72-Hour Promise
Subject to these Terms, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to facilitate payment of approved claims within seventy-two (72) hours.
- Provide claim status updates.
- Coordinate with the insurer.
- Monitor settlement progress.
- Issue settlement confirmation.
4. Conditions for Eligibility
- Policy must be active and paid-up.
- Premium must be fully received.
- Claim must fall within policy coverage.
- Required documents must be submitted.
- No fraud or material misrepresentation.
